Pre-Oxidized Needle Punched Filter Felt: Breaking through the technical bottleneck of high-temperature dust removal

In the field of industrial flue gas purification, high temperature conditions have always been the "touchstone" of filter material performance. Due to material limitations, traditional filter materials generally have a temperature resistance lower than 300°C. Once the temperature exceeds the threshold, they face the risk of shrinkage deformation, sudden drop in strength, and even melting failure. Pre-Oxidized Needle Punched Filter Felt, through material science and process innovation, provides a more effective solution for high-temperature dust removal scenarios of 350-400°C.
The filter material is based on polypropylene fiber (i.e., carbon fiber precursor oxidation intermediate). The unique molecular structure forms a partial cyclization stabilization layer during air oxidation, giving the material temperature resistance and chemical stability. The design of a density of 1.40g/cm³ ensures both structural compactness and excessive weight load. More importantly, under special working conditions, the oxygen index is as high as 35-60℃, and the decomposition temperature is ≥640℃, which allows the filter material to maintain a stable state of flame retardancy and non-combustibility in high-temperature oxygen-containing flue gas, avoiding the embrittlement and powdering problems of traditional materials caused by high-temperature oxidation.
In practical applications, this filter material has successfully replaced traditional PTFE coated filter bags and has been used in waste incinerator exhaust gas treatment (flue gas temperature often reaches 370℃), steel plant sintering machine head dust removal (dust concentration>50g/m³) and other scenarios.
