Acrylic needle-punched filter felt is a high-performance filter material made of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fiber through a needle-punched process, specially developed for ultra-fine dust (PM2.5 and below) filtration scenarios. Its unique material combination and structural design show excellent performance in high-temperature flue gas treatment in thermal power generation, cement production, metallurgy and other industries, and can achieve a filtration efficiency of more than 99.99% (for 1μm particles).
